Goods Handover date: 26th September 2025 (Noida, UP) Scheduled Delivery Date: 6th October 2025 (Ratnagiri, MH) Cost - 10,000/- The goods left the Noida hub on 4th October, which is after 9 days of handover!!! Now expected delivery date is 17th October!! Almost 21 days after handover. Goods Contains: 3 piece trolley bags with luggage inside and Pulsar N160 Bike . Aryan is very rude to speak and he will toil you if you ask for information for days. Go ahead with reliable courier services but not this. He has also abused me when I asked him about the delay. Also ensure that you check the quotation before payment. They do not include the GST in original quotation and will ask for extra money later on.

This is a fraud company!! If there was an option to give no star I would have clicked on that. I had to move from gurgaon to nagpur and the quotation was closed for 5400/- which is 900 per box and i had 4 cartons and 2 jute bags total of 6 luggage. The goods were packed and handover on 23rd November 2025. The delivery was supposed to happen between 30th nov to 1 dec 2025. My luggage was supposed to leave for nagpur on 24th to 25th and I was promised by anil/aryan (owner) that I will receive the tracking id after the luggage will be loaded. After asking for so many days about the tracking id I was told they do not have the tracking ID plus his brother was ill so he couldn't load my luggage I mean this company is managed only by 1 person or what? Then after following up for like 3-4 days he shouted on me and was very rude to inform me that the luggage has left for Nagpur. I followed up to know the status of my luggage he kept ignoring my calls and whenever for once he pick up he abuses. He then lied to me that the luggage will receive on 3rd dec evening which when I called on 4th dec he said it's in Baroda I mean how can someone lie about the status so blatantly. I was frustrated till then since I had all my things in my luggage. I asked him to provide receipt so he added gst and what not charges which wasn't told before and when I ask why didn't he disclosed such taxes before, he said customer is supposed to ask the question before handing over there luggage I mean are you serious how is customer supposed to know about the taxes when you are the one who should provide the information beforehand. Then when my mother called him and firmly asked about the status the first line he said that "kya kha kr paida kia h apni ladki ko", thankfully i recorded it and after that I filed a complaint to greater Noida police via helpline no. But not much help was provided and this guy said "krlo jo Krna h saman 8 dec ko hi milega wo bhi pure payment k baad" I mean what payment is left the taxes he mentioned were clearly NOT mentioned earlier in the quotation. Atlast, since no help was provided by police or any other I had to pay the extra charges and then only the luggage were delivered. I will request everyone not to go with this company go with someone reliable to avoid such scam.

We recently shifted from Noida to Dehradun. Packing was good, but the service was very disappointing. Our items were not delivered on the promised date and got delayed by a day. Also, please be very careful about payments – they first quoted the amount without GST, and only when the items reached the doorstep, they disclosed that we had to pay extra GST. This kind of lack of transparency is frustrating. Be aware before booking.
