On Call Packers And Movers

I booked On Call Packers and Movers, Noida for shifting my house on 6th April 2025. They charged me ₹18,000, promising delivery within 5-7 days. It’s 21st April today, and I still haven’t received my belongings. I’ve been calling them continuously for updates, and every time, they’ve said "2 more days." Now they’ve stopped answering my calls altogether. After persistent attempts, someone finally responded only to rudely tell me to stop calling during office hours, claiming they’re too busy. To make things worse, they are now demanding ₹16,000 more to "deliver it faster." This feels completely unethical and like extortion. I would strongly advise against using their services. Extremely unprofessional, unreliable, and dishonest. Please do your research before booking with them.

They reached on time, very calmly did the packing and still managed to finish the entire shifting within 5hours . While i was unpacking I could not find some things so I called up the owner and he and his team immediately came to help us and i found my things. Very efficient staff, helpful . Thankyou.

FRAUD!! FRAUD!! FRAUD I used their service to relocate from noida to Bangalore recently. had a very bad experience with this company. Very unprofessional.There is no transparency. I started speaking to their guy named ARYAN and he quote the total amount and said no hidden figures no tax gst etc. and when my stuff is in the middle way he asked to pay 20k extra for GST, which they nowhere mentioned earlier even asking multiple times.I denied, he was threatening me if you wont pay we won’t deliver your goods. Also, my Philips speaker, one office chair two mooda are missing and they said they will check and deliver but no update since past one month. Some crockery was broken and so was photo frames as not packed properly.Their packing guy were smoking bidi here and there in my house. Ther are not professional. Not honest. No on time delivery. No transparency about your goods when it is on the way. PLEASE AVOID THEM IF YOU WANT TO RELOCATE YOUR GOODS SAFELY AND SMOOTHLY.

Non of the items was damaged. There no damage while shifting or placing them in new location.The pricing is reasonable and we are very happy.
