An absolutely horrible experience with this packers company - It has been over 18 days and we still haven’t received our package! We reached out to this company for moving our packages from Gurgaon to Kolkata on 12th October, they instantly made efforts and reached our home for collection within 1 hour. They packed the items and committed to deliver the package within 7 days and per box would cost ₹1500, however, the next day we received a bill of over 7K. We have been trying to follow up since the committed date crossed and have been utterly harassed as they do not pick up our calls, after 100 attempts the calls are answered from different numbers and then they inform about having no information of the package, would get back in minutes and then hang up - only for us to start the same cycle of waiting and apprehending again! They are extremely unprofessional and behave unethically with their customers. I would strongly urge you not to use their services and save yourselves from this harassment and worry. Everyday we are in the worry of being conned and having our items lost. It concerns us even more since most of the items belonged to our 2 months child so you can imagine how dear they must be to us. Last they picked our call was on 26th October stating that the package had returned to the origin and has been re-shipped the same day and would be delivered on the 3rd day. Since that day both their numbers are out of reach. We don’t know what else to do now other than filing a police complaint.
