I have moved our house over 5 times in the last 7 years. This is the worst packer and mover I've used. Mr Vijay promised to finish the packing in 4-5 hours with his "vast" years of experience. He sent 3 men for a full 3bhk at 11 AM, and promised to send us 4 more. As time went by, the 4 never showed up (despite repeated assurances from Mr Vijay on the phone calls). He was also avoiding our calls. Almost ghosting us. We could see that this wasn't going to get done in time. We had told him already that we had to leave to Chennai at 5pm, but he clearly didn’t care and was lying. Hence, we (my wife and I) decided to join in the packing (spent nearly 5 hours packing and did 90 pc of the 2 rooms in a 3bhk). All the while we kept calling Mr Vijay, in the hope that he would send more people - which he kept promising us is 5 minutes away - till about 6 pm (we wanted to leave by 5 pm). We finally finished packing at 8 pm (a whole 4 hours beyond stipulated time) and Mr Vijay was barely apologetic, and then goes on to show the only sincerity he displayed all day - He calls the truck driver and asks him to stop it, demands full payment from us - without any reductions we had asked for because of his tardiness / work done by us (In his defense he offered us Rs 1000 as discount for 5 hours of packing by two customers! LOL). TLDR: If you want to deal with an incompetent thug - be my guest and use this man's service, else just stay away! PS Mr Vijay pls don’t send someone to threaten us for this review.
