Fraud company — total cheaters! These movers and packers are a complete scam. They left behind several of our items in the old house and casually said they "forgot." The worst part — they charged ₹100 extra for every single cardboard box, promising to refund it once we settled down. After hundreds of calls, there was absolutely no response. They dumped about 15 boxes and never refunded a single rupee. They sweet-talked at first, saying "dikath nahi, aap settle hone ke baad boxes collect karke paise refund karte hai" — all lies! Their behavior is extremely rude and unprofessional. I honestly doubt the positive reviews — they seem completely fake. If I could give negative stars, I would. Do not trust them and don’t pay even a single rupee extra for boxes — you will never see that money again.
