Worst service ever. We booked and paid for a door to door delivery to send my scooty from Jabalpur to Bangalore. But when the vehicle reached Bangalore I was told to collect it from the godown, which was absolutely not possible for me. The Bangalore warehouse took 5 days to even try and help, while the Jabalpur team was completely useless. This entire issue happened because the Jabalpur team booked it as door to godown service despite charging us for door-to-door (it was clearly mentioned on the Bangalore receipt) plus i had to pay extra. Very frustrating experience! Would not recommend them at all!
