1-Star Review – Very Disappointing Service We booked SRB Packer and Mover with a clear agreement that they would arrive at 9:00 AM. At 8:30 AM, they suddenly informed us they would not come on time and changed the plan. Even with the new time, they arrived around 2 hours late, which completely disrupted our schedule. It was also agreed that 3 labourers would be provided for loading and unloading. However, during unloading, only the driver showed up, and we had to arrange extra help ourselves. This was extremely inconvenient and not what we paid for. The packaging was also very poor. Items were not properly wrapped or protected, which is basic for a moving service. The owner’s behavior was another major issue. Before booking, he was polite and responsive, but once the booking was confirmed, his attitude changed completely. When the driver was late, we tried contacting him multiple times, but he stopped responding and did not answer calls. Interestingly, he had no problem calling immediately when it was time for payment. The driver was the only positive part of this experience—he was supportive and helpful, even doing work that wasn’t his responsibility. Overall, very unprofessional service, poor packaging, and bad communication. I would not recommend SRB Packer and Mover.

Smooth experience it was from beginning to end with SRB Packers and Movers nothing was damaged during loading and relocating . Everything was done on time and without any hidden charges or confusion , good work team keep it up. Thanks

This owner is a very bad man please don’t consider this company for your help these people are disgusting they are not at all professional they took money in advance and didn’t delivered on time and was not picking the call when we asked to come on right time please choose a certified professional companies they only do fake commitments I have proof in my phone pay that I paid him and I have what’s app message to show if any one think it’s a fake review
