First, they demanded a staggering 90% advance payment before even transporting my goods, and demanded this right after packing and loading all the goods which leaves me with no choice at that time, which is highly unusual and raised red flags. Once they had my belongings unloaded, they insisted on the remaining payment, even though they hadn't moved the items inside the house. To make matters worse, several items were damaged during unloading and while moving in the house. I have photographic evidence of the damage, but despite multiple attempts to reach out for compensation, the company has been completely unresponsive.
