Their service is to do packaging and sending the shipment through other logistics partner like Gatikwe. They dont have their own shipment trucks like APML and not even quality of service, trust, customer satisfaction. Packaging by ur own and then using logistics for your need can save your half of money or rely on brands like APML only. In my case they charged 22k while Gatikwe could have done the same thing in around 10k. Even if I include packging charges, the final amount would have been 12 to 15k max. My personal experience with this so called packers and movers is very bad as they broke my wooden shoe rack, and other ceramic and plastic items, and worst of all is last minute delivery headaches as they havent included handling charges. P.S. They are also known as Star world packers and movers.

I availed sumitra packers service for transporting my luggages from jhansi to new delhi. First of all, some of the articles were not packed and brought to delhi openly. Secondly my mattress costing around rs. 8000 was missing and when I asked about the same.. The shameless and careless driver telling me that it fell in a drain while coming to delhi.The driver talked in a very rude way and thirdly while unpacking my scooty, the stand also they broke down. My bed is also full of scratches when I told him how this bed got so many scratches the driver reply was maam itna to hota hi h transport me... Also he brought only two labours with him... My husband and servant became labour while unpacking my luggages... Really disgusting situation and very pathetic. When I called the sumitra packers owner he received my call once after that no reply regarding my compensation against the loss. I request all the Jhansi dwellers not to opt this service... Really bad service and very careless about the consumers situation
