Never ever trust their service. Absolutely stupid and chaos, that's what they do. They only know to collect the money and shout. Would never ever suggest KRS for anyone! Absolute disgrace!
Poor Service ,don’t choos Kannur KRS for any consignment pickup I don’t know other locations experience, but kannur poorest customer dealing , they treating as a baggers also they not value our product , even right information given they miss handled my cartons,
Worst staff behaviour and bad service
They charged me 3500( transport + packing) for transferring bike from Kalasipalaya to Kannur. I got a call from them when it reached. For collecting the item my father went there & they charged him another 200 extra for unloading the bike which they didn't mention when it was transfered which I believe is they looting extra money.
They didn't provide the contact number while sending tracking message and also asking to install their app for one single usage
