We recently shifted home locally within Karur and the service was worst and no proper handling of goods, lot of damages and few were broken. They least bother about the goods. Very fast in shifting and made us to pit in a very pathetic situation. They dont own the accountability or responsible for broken items. Arrogant behavior and no proper response. Poor experience and service ever experienced in my life. Please do not prefer this packers which will lead to miserable life.

I am fed up with the service of Rajali Packars and movers. They are very keen in money than in customer service. We had a bad experience when we booked their service for transportation of luggages from Karur. They made us to wait for unloading the luggages for around 4 hours and after such a long wait, they said it will take another 1 hour and kept on lieing. Finally, with the help of some good people around in the village, we were able to unload the luggages in the night. They made us to wait for such long hours with the continuous lies and did not provide the service though they collected huge amount from us initially. They are big LIERS and CHEATERS.
