Recently completed my local shifting yesterday. I didn't do anything they guys had come pack everything including my clothes, utensils furniture and electric items and Move to my destination they unpack the stuff. I highly satisfied with them. Appropriate professionals doing good work. All my items were packed beautifully and without any damage in transit. Great professionalism at affordable price. They can dismatle ac and other electronic items also.

Initially representative will be very humble and listening. They won't provide you complete details of the end to end process. I used their service to move my household things from Bangalore to Kolkata and within 7 days they delivered the things(that's a good thing). But I found dent on my refrigerator top and later contacted their representative who surveyed my Bangalore rental home. The response I got from them is that you should open each delivered pakage while delivery representative still on your house (this information wasn't shared with me when initially I asked for the process). What they told that they will deliver all the things to my home and help to assemble the iron bed. Even they didn't told that what to do if anything got damaged or stolen during transit. One of my friend used their service and faced the issue with damage thing and their reply was they need to be notified within 2 days of delivery. With this information from my friend I called them immediately on the day of delivery and they informed what I mentioned above. After some heated talk with their representative they agreed to compensate some amount for that dent on refrigerator but still I'm waiting for their end but no proactive response. Its not about compensation but the way they handling the things apart from things delivery. In Bangalore they had a tie-up with Nobroker for packers and movers. Pros: They had their own transport which will take less time for inter-state delivery Cons: 1. They will check your belongings to be delivered and calculate how much carton box will need and share price for the same but remember if any carton box is not used for delivery they won't deduct that money. 2. Over Nobroker they will calculate your price as per your goods declaration but when they come of the day they will charge high price for each extra added meterials Things to remember 1. Always know end to end process 2. Before releasing the delivery individuals and give your final consent check each belongings for any damage and mention it over the delivery slip if found (which as per them will help to customer get the insurance money quickly) Response to reply: No..I wrote in my review that you had tie-up with No-Broker in Bangalore, not that I availed your service from No-Broker..Again, I directly availed the service from Anand relocation..If you are so sure that I booked a relocation from No- Broker please share the booking ID from No- Broker which you got from No- Broker..Just saying abrupt things to hide the truth doesn't Helo.

I am sharing my learnings with anyone availing services in future. 1. They will share you the quote of by part (means they will collect and then send the package and it took 9 days for me) 2. Make sure you ask for service charge 9% /GST 18% before you give advance. Because these charges will not me mentioned in quote. 3. Make sure you get the insurance policy details from them before you send your package. because they never purchase transit insurance but will charge you 2% for that. 4. Do not expect unloading and unpacking happening. because they hire 3rd party in other cities. so mostly driver them selves will unload and keep the stuff in front of your home. So as long as you do your due diligence you are good to go
