Worst packers and movers with no professionalism . They will surely destroy your belongings. They dented my washing machine, Broke my microwave front glass , Plastic items are broken , even they bended my frying pan that was inside the box . Imagine the handling. I got fooled by the reviews that have been posted by them only. If you are really low on budget get your stuff transported by train but not by them . They didn't provide any insurance copy to me also shared a request form despite me paying the insurance fees . Mr Shantanu is highly unprofessional and tries to manage things from his end . They will take no accountability once the damage is done only will try to negotiate on the damaged cost that too you will have to take repeated follow ups . They did not transport my one item neighter delivered it back nor paid for it . I was lucky enough to have not transported my vehicle with them otherwise would have incurred a big loss. Also after picking up your load they will transport it by 3rd party . In my case it was Mahindra logistics . Forget about tracking and getting right information of your load I have transported my stuff many times . For the first time had the worst experience. Don't book your load with them if you love your belongings. Be careful
