Excellent Service by Moving Monkey! I am really, really very satisfied with the services of Moving Monkey. Their packaging, pickup, and delivery were handled very professionally and with great care. The team was punctual, polite, and extremely efficient throughout the entire moving process. Everything was packed securely, and all items were delivered safely without any damage. What impressed me the most is that the pricing is very pocket-friendly compared to the quality of service they provide. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication. I would highly recommend Moving Monkey to anyone looking for a smooth, stress-free, and affordable moving experience.

I got my bike delivered by moving monkey recently and here is my honest review. Packing- atleast 3 to 4 layers of different packing materials used, making the product safe. Delivery- I got my bike picked up from home (south kolkata though they are a Newtown based company) and the they provided tracking which became activated from the very same night. I was told that my bike has reached destination and delivered on a separate destination (which I requested them and showed them proof of me being the owner)1 day prior to the date they promised. Final words- absolutely professional, very proactive, worry free experience ( there were some minor wear and tears due to the long 2000kms journey by road and I totally understand as this is absolutely normal). You can totally rely on this logistics company and stay confident about the safe and timely delivery of your product .

If negetive stars were available I would have given them all. All fake review here. Don't book from these incompetent people. This movers and packers is the very definition of unprofessionalism and incompetence. From start to end the experience was a nightmare. Here is a detailed description below: 1. Punctuality was non existent. I booked for 7th july. They could not arrive that day. Next day early morning was promised but they came at evening after 5pm. 2. Handling of items was utterly nonsense. They came with very little cartons. They don't know how to pack things. When it arrived some of the boxes inside were broken. I have attached the pictures as well, please check. 3. Behaviour was rude and arrogant. When booking they promised to deliver efficiently however after items were picked up their behaviour changed. They argued and made excuses for their negligence. 4. Pricing was Unacceptable. Initially they gave quotation of 3k but while taking payment demanded 6k. Just the double. 5. Packing quality was the worst I've seen in my life. 6. No sense of time. They mentioned that they can deliver within 4-5 days. While they picked up the items on 8th july, they delivered on 23rd july. There were important items there and we waited for 2 weeks for those to arrive. WHAT CRAP! 7. Last but not the least : they don't own the shipment. They ship through a 3rd party called Xpressbees which is equally incompetent. They don't even have a proper customer support. Maybe that's the reason they chose this service... In short, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDS. DON'T BOOK FROM THESE IDIOITS IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOOSE YOUR PEACE AND TEMPER.

Not safe for valuable item i send 3 bike from Kolkata to surat and i received all bike in accident condition as well they are removing valuable item in my 3 bike 6fog light missing 2 horn missing after complaining they force me to remove negative review not genuine person i know maximum good rating is forcefully given so they can make new fraud. Don't trust them.
