Preeti Packers and Logistic

I recently used the services of Preeti logistics to move my items. They have provided excellent service. All the items were packed with great care and were transferred on time to the required destination. Throughout the process, Pritam Sarkar helped me diligently at each and every step. I would definitely recommend the services of Preeti logistics for moving goods.

If anyone is planning to avail their services do think a thousand times before going through with it cause I did make a mistake and i regret the same . The delivery was quick but anyone who is paying a premium to avail a service, does not desire to get any damages upon delivery of the parcel. To give you all a brief i had transported my bike through parcel from Kolkata to kalimpong through preeti movers and packers and upon delivery i had received the bike in an unopened manner and i did sign the delivery papers as well before i received the parcel but however upon opening up the parcel i discovered minor scratches up front , a non functional side stand and a bent handlebar, to which i am very disappointed , as i had the bike fully functional at the time of pickup . And when I did ask them to review the same my matter was not addressed and they kept on avoiding my calls and started giving out unreasonable pretenses up till this date to which I am very unhappy with .

Received All goods in Mint Condition that too before committed delivery time. Behaviour of the concerned person was also commendable, small to small queries were solved.

We recently shifted our household goods with Preeti and were thoroughly impressed. The team arrived on time, packed everything carefully, and delivered our belongings without any damage. Highly recommend their services …..

Pathetic service and never believe on their words... Paid extra money for private shifting but when I received my items, I received it through shared transportation. And the result was many of my items were badly damaged. On top of that i had to chase them every single day to track my delivery. They promised that I'll get my items in 2-3 days but it took almost 9 days to receive my order and mostly in a bad shape. If you're planning for an outstation shifting then please do not avail their services otherwise you'll be regretting..

Worst relocation experience ever. Due to mishandling while loading and unloading of packages:1. Lot of expensive crockeries damaged, 2. Two double door refrigerator damaged, 3. Microwave damaged, 4. Dining table leg damaged.5. Consignment reached a day in advance which created a lot of trouble since we had less manpower during weekdays to manage stuffs at home.6. Big items like Double beds, dressing tables, Glass showcases were promised to be installed same day, after multiple follow ups for 4 days we git it installed on our own and deducted money from the due amount.7. We were informed car will be delivered in 7-10 days, However Car arrived after 15 days and that too after multiple follow ups.8. No assistance provided on Insurance claim.9. They don`t have sync between their fellow colleagues at same location and arrival location. You have to communicate with different people to get your consignment delivered to you. I would never recommend anyone to choose Preeti Packers for relocation.
