Very arrogant behaviour of the staff at the Kovilpatti branch. He didn't pick up our calls and then when we went in person, he started demanding address proof, ID proof, etc. to release the package. We have had no hassles with all the big transporters. But with this one, the experience was just horrible.
Rude behaviour by the employees and worst service. Didn't not receive any message once the parcel was booked. No message after the parcel reaching destination. Definitely I am not going to use this anymore.
