I had a very bad experience with this packers and movers. I booked their service in advance and they confirmed it. But after reaching the spot today, they suddenly denied doing the job without any valid reason. This caused me huge inconvenience and wasted my time. Very unprofessional and unreliable service. I would not recommend them to anyone. Worst unprofessional packers and movers in Calicut . Never book their service. I completed the shifting the same day with another professional team with 3 persons itself. I should have never selected them by seeing their reviews. Now understood all the good reviews were fake reviews. Money is not everything. Commitment to customer service should be your priority.I have shifted several times before. Just giving the refund on the shifting date does not solve the problem. Customer service should be your top priority.

Unreliable and pathetic service behaviour from their team. Had worst experience with them. They told me they won’t be carrying my kids study table(approx 2 kg)( less than 1 m length) since that was not included in the list. Such a pathetic thinking from their side. Don’t book any service from them. Please book any other professional team in Calicut.
