Pathetic and unacceptable service Received my luggage and bike in Bangalore, and the handling of my belongings was shocking. My personal bag was opened without consent and everything inside was dumped loosely into a carton. Fragile items were ignored... my power bank and electronics are scratched, and my clothes are dirty from being thrown around. If the boxes were small, bigger cartons should have been used. This careless repacking is completely unacceptable, especially for the high price charged, which they barely allowed me to negotiate. The bike was packed reasonably well, yet my headlight has scratches that weren’t there earlier. I gave immediate feedback. Apart from a vague "we’ll look into it," there has been no apology, no response, no accountability! Overall, a pathetic experience. I would strongly advise others to not trust them with their belongings.
