Hi Everyone, Kindly don’t take the service from lucky packers and movers, they have the worst service. I booked my consignment from Hapur to Pune. They have delayed my parcel for 3 days and at the time of delivery my fridge and all electronic goods were placed in poor condition due to which they have damaged my TV, fridge and washing machine. And now repairing is costing me more than 35k+ and the person Sanjay kumar is paying me the compensation of 5k and saying isse Jyada me ni dunga jo krna hai krlo. They have multiple owners and after they take your package they will not respond on time. They don’t even bother that you are filling the case, but I am going to file it anyhow in consumer court. Please see the images and videos of my damaged product. Note: worst worst and worst service ever seen, not at all recommended
Last week used their services for moving from meerut to bhopal. Had such a bad experience as our household items were packed in one piece from meerut but received in many pieces in Bhopal . Don't know if their driver was drunk or sleeping while driving as all our things have scratches n dents n some broken into 2 pieces.
