Extremely unprofessional experience. The company keeps changing its statements after booking. At the time of booking, it was clearly agreed that clothes would be part of the consignment. However, after collecting my goods, they only informed the next day that 4 trolley bags of clothes were "extra items", and started demanding additional payment. The same was done for small items like a sewing machine, clothes drying stand, and music system – all of which were already included in the 1 BHK household shifting discussed upfront. These extra charges were never mentioned at pickup and only raised the next day after goods reached them, adding ~40% over the agreed amount. Payment terms were also changed unilaterally. Initially agreed as 80% after unloading and 20% after delivery, but later changed to 100% advance before delivery. On top of this, I paid 100% advance for transit insurance (3% of goods’ value), but to date have not received any insurance policy document or confirmation. My bike was also mishandled — it was supposed to be shifted from Dehradun, but instead it was only packed after multiple follow-ups at Meerut, something never informed beforehand. This unnecessary transport without proper packing risked serious damage to the vehicle. Most alarming, it has now been 4 days since pickup and I have no update on where my goods are. Calls are not being answered, and there is no clarity on delivery. Overall, this service is highly unreliable, misleading, and untrustworthy. I strongly caution others to avoid this company.

One of the best service in Moradabad city and nearby areas for transportation of goods. Service was satisfactory. Staff coordinate in very cooperative ways. I transport by bike by Max Internacional, they transport it within given time period without any damage or any scratches.

They are thief.. had given less quotation and after taking my goods.. told me to pay double the price of given quotation.. when I refused to pay, he told me that he will throw my stuff. I have all the proof. The owner is very rude and talks in a very cheap manner with ladies
