I had an wonderful experience with M/s Alwyn Packers yesterday. Initially I fixed up them with a slight doubt to move our personal effects from Nagercoil to Bangalore. Instantly a surveyor reached and understood the job. His quotation was unbelievable. Their workers were very well behaved and patient . They extended full cooperation in packing. The best thing the goods were translocated within 24 hours without any single damage. For any movement Alwyn can be fully trusted.

Moving can be a total headache, but this company made it surprisingly easy. They were super quick to get back to me, which was a huge relief. The team arrived exactly when they said they would, sticking to the schedule perfectly. Plus, the workers were not only friendly but also handled everything with care. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that took a lot of stress out of the process.

Poor service by Mr Stephen / Alwin. 1. They quoted even more than agarwal packers and movers - but we made the mistake of hiring them since this was IBA approved and so we assumed service would be better . 2. A part of bed is missing 3. Damaged the metal Almirah 4. Few broken glassware 5. After initial discussion with Mr Stephen and informing that we would be driving to destination by car , we had agreed with Mr Stephen that we will begin our journey on 5-08-2024 and would reach our destination on 9-08-2024 as we were driving approx 2500 km by Car to reach the destination. He said the things would reach approx around the same time. We had asked him multiple times before finalizing our dates and he seemed fine then. On 3-08-2024 Mr Stephen calls us and insists that we be at our destination on 7-08-2024 as the things have to be unloaded the same day. He made no adjustments or provided any help from his side and we had no other way than to book a last minute flight. We had to cancel all the hotel bookings we had made at stopover towns while driving the car ( flight 30 k + hotels 15k approx). We booked a hotel in Lucknow and stayed there waiting for the luggage but finally luggage came on 9-08-2024. 6. We could not bring few things that we had loaded in our car by flight due to weight restrictions 7. Could not bring our car also because of how unaccomodating they were. 8. If you are willing to incur huge financial losses and lose prace of mind , then this would be a good packer and mover. 8. Mr Stephen is the contact person for Kavin Cargo movers also , so pls beware. Overall , HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. maybe they do a decent job in and around Tamil nadu. Do NOT consider them if moving interstate. We had to move from TN to UP.
