I booked my bike from bangalore to nagpur, prasanna packers and movers provide reasonable cost as compared to others, timely and quick delivery of my bike, best service in nagpur till now.

DON'T EVER CHOOSE THIS PACKERS & MOVERS THEY ARE BIG TIME CHEATERS AND FRAUDS. I was fooled by them for almost a week. Had booked my bike and other luggage from them and was told stories for 6 days by different people on the no. mentioned on their page of my luggage reaching me. You WILL FEEL HELPLESS ...believe me. One more thing: the adress mentioned of Dewas Naka(Indore) is fake. They don't have any office there. So you don't have any place to go/verify/complain or anything. I was just praying that I get my belongings back which finally I did after they had kept it for a week. They even charged me for delivering my goods back to me.

Need to improve basic knowledge about services, packing, was up to the mark, unloading manpower was less, took more than 2 days to reach. Need improvement in transportation time.
