Worst courier service ever, I couriered my washing machine from Airoli to Udupi, at the time of collecting the machine i was told they will deliver it within 4 days but it reached after 15 days, moreover when I opened the courier my washing machine was damaged due to impact, when contacted their office they told me to apply some gum and stick the broken parts which was very unprofessional. If it was upto me i would have given a negative rating for such bad service.
So many things got damaged…while booking he said everything will be packed in cardboard box but they also bought plastic gonys…even antics and glass items they didn’t pack properly and they broke…our shifting was on Saturday and person who came to pack on Friday, was asking tips before completion of work, how can they ask for tips before completing the work.
The best service they gave in transporting my bike ....Mr Vijendra Singh had been so helpful and polite always during the process. Thank you so much Superb and cost effective , Vijendra ji was always ready to help at anytime .thanx . Strongly recommend it to all!

Very good experience with DHRL. I did my house shifting in Airoli. The team is very professional and fast. They had send the sufficient manpower and packing and shifting done quickly. Also packing was done in proper boxes and tapes.
