I had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience with this transport company while shifting my household goods from Mumbai to Silchar, Assam. Despite advance booking, survey, insurance and extra payment for early packing, service was highly unprofessional and negligent throughout. There was no proper communication or tracking updates on the movement of goods. Delivery was made late at night without prior intimation and no unloading manpower was arranged, causing serious inconvenience. On delivery, several items were found badly damaged, packing was torn and punctured, carpets and sofa had rat bite marks, dining chairs and table legs were broken, sofa upholstery and springs were damaged, steel boxes were deformed with broken locks and some material was missing. All damages were immediately reported with photographic evidence, but the company denied to take responsibility, avoided calls and messages and escape liability. DON’T FALL FOR THEIR SERVICES BASED ON REVIEWS. ENQUIRE THOROUGHLY BEFORE CONTRACTING THEM.I strongly advise others to avoid this transporter if you value your belongings and peace of mind.
