Had very bad experience with this companies packing service recently. They have untrained and unprofessional staff who keep asking to feed them while they have to complete work .i shifted from one building to another which was 15 mins apart for that they took whole day as out of 4 only two people were working. They damaged my house by removing the almiras legs and dragging it all over the house and even broke the almiras mirror as well my fridge glass Now I have to live in my brand hew home with scratches all over the tiles

Extremely Disappointed and Frustrated I had a terrible & horrible experience with Singh Packers and Movers (Kharghar) Owner name is Kuldeep Singh and would strongly advise others to stay away from their services. They were completely careless, and irresponsible while handling my household goods. Almost every second item arrived damaged — from broken furniture and scratched appliances to shattered glassware. They showed no regard for proper packing, and it was clear that they had zero training or respect for others' belongings. My house hold goods was moved from Mumbai to Delhi but at the time of delivery they delayed and most of expensive thing got damaged. On top of that, their customer service unapologetic. Instead of offering compensation or even acknowledging the damage, they denied the fault, even though they were the ones who packed everything! They tried to make trust if anything happened then will help to refund damaged items but not any single rupee i receive from insruance company and they directly rejected my claim. Even though this company hide the Insurance clause with me while taking the insurance amount. There are some clause wherein Insurance company may accept otherwise they will directly reject it. My below things got damaged. 1. Washing Machine (cost of 16000/-) 2. Microwave (cost of 15000/-) 3. Marble Temple (cost of 25000/-) 4. God Statue (cost of 1000/-) 5. One box of Crockery item (cost of 2000/-) 6. AC copper pipe (cost of 8000/-) Quote - Response from Insurance company 1. Fire; 2. Lightning; 3. Breakage of the bridges. 4. Collision with or by the carrying vehicle; 5. Overturning of the carrying vehicle; 6. Derailment or accidents of like nature to the carrying railway wagon / vehicle. As none of the ITC-B peril operated on the said consignment, the loss falls beyond the scope of coverage of the Policy as defined above. Unquote- This move has cost me emotional stress and financial loss. I deeply regret trusting Singh Packers and Movers (Kharghar) Owner name is Kuldeep Singh and would never recommend them to anyone. If you care about your belongings, avoid this company at all costs. I suggest everyone please don't belive in this company It is very rediculous company ever i seen.

The service provided was very good. Each and every goods were handled with utmost care. The supporting staffs were also very cooperative.

It was getting very difficult for me to choose the right packers and movers but as I am posted in Cisf, I chose Singh Packers from the recommendation of my old colleagues and my own research and today I have no regrets on my decision. I am having twice experience with Singh Packers and Movers (1st time locally in Mumbai and 2nd time from Mumbai to Bhopal). Both the time they were extremely well. They took extra time but packed things very well. I was expecting bigger vehicle but owner assured me not needed. Owner himself was present while uploading the package to trucks. He said if there will gaps between the package while transportation then chances of damages will be high. In transportation there was no damages in my households. Everything move in perfect condition. Unpacking was also very good and fast as well. They are very professional and efficient. They give you what is best for you.
