Used Vasu and crew for a move one week ago. I obtained 4 quotes, while RR was not the cheapest, they were in the ball park - not too high or not too low. Quote process: Vasu came down personally to check and provide the quote and he was upfront about what they could do and couldn't. During the packing/loading: They took utmost care when packing even the smallest things. no task was too big or could not be done. they were extremely helpful in organising things that were not being moved/shifted. Unloading: Once again very smooth. we had some challenges due to the narrow streets but they managed and always thought about solutions. at no point did i see him get frustrated or angry at his staff. Verdict: I picked RR only because Vasu had come personally to provide a quote and it ended up being the right decision. Drama and hassle free moving experience. normally i don't take the time to do reviews but i think i was obligated to provide a review because of the good service. tips: the crew will not ask for any tips, but if you do give them, don't tell the boss!!!
