Worst ever. Don't go with Store my goods or Elite Packers and Movers.Better to go with old company when it comes to intra city packers and movers. These startup will charged you double the amount and in return you will end up everything in damaged condition. Recently taken their service via store my goods. Shifted from Mumbai to Bengaluru in September. Packing was not ok they put fragile sticker on normal box and no fragile sticker on cutlery and glassware items. My Refrigerator , Fridge,1 Wardrobe, Dishwasher and Washing Machine everything has dent and my TV screen got damaged and cracked. My 3 dining chair has damaged.Due to 2 infants as we were unable to unbox everything just after shifting doing everything slowly slowly and got to know. At the time of insurance person name Hritik the manager aay that they cover physical damage but when to go ahead to claim then they says that dent and Lil damage is not covered under insurance. My TV screen has cracked, My cupboard got damaged my refrigerator has multiple dent. Glassware damaged. They have charged me nearly 95k for transportation other than additional money given to their staffs while loading and unloading. Insurance 10k in addition. I trusted Store my goods believing they are startup and will do their job as they have to build reputation with customer but it's worst decision. Person name Manish from Store my goods assured us that there will be no damage. In my experience it's better to take insurance from outside instead of inhouse because they charge you more and when it comes to claim company will not pay you and deny claim for maximum damage. They say physical damage is covered but I really don't understand what kind of physical damage they really cover. They have damaged nearly about 70-80k but given back only 5400 as insurance claim with the explanation that this kind of damage doesn't comes under physical damage.

Had a very disappointing experience with this movers and packers service. During the initial visit, the representative clearly told us we’d need a 14 ft truck, and we finalized the price based on that. But on the day of shifting, they showed up with a 12 ft truck, which wasn’t enoug. To make everything fit, they dismantled almost all openable furniture, adding unnecessary stress and work. We specifically chose them (even at a higher cost) because they promised to dismantle and reassemble our hydraulic bed at the new location. This was very important since we were shifting to a small town with no easy access to carpenters. But after reaching the destination, they refused to assemble the bed and just left and they even lost the bed screws in the process. The representative promised to reimburse the cost of local assembly, but it’s been over 10 days, and we’ve received no response despite multiple follow-ups. Packing was okay, but they used tape directly on our wooden bed, which damaged the ply even though we removed it carefully. Overall, very poor service and a clear lack of professionalism. Would not recommend.
