It was the great experience. Mr. Ravi (Manager) explained every step very clearly and Mr. Deepak visited our house and analysed every object in our house to be shifted. All my products are safely shifted. Must recommend for hassle-free shifting experience.

Very poor and stressful experience. Not recommended at all. I relocated my household goods from Delhi to Bangalore through AVG Logistics / Galaxy Packers and Movers, and the experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Unacceptable delay & false promises I was promised delivery within 5–6 days (by 9th January). Later I was told it would arrive by 9th or максимум 10th January, and I planned everything accordingly. However, my goods finally arrived only on 13th January, with no proper explanation and no real-time tracking of the train, despite repeated follow-ups. No coordination between teams During the survey at my Delhi home, I was promised unboxing service at destination. But this commitment was never communicated to the Bangalore team. On delivery day, I had to argue and insist just to get basic unboxing done. Full payment taken, service dropped later They took the entire payment upfront, and once that was done, responses slowed down and delays started. This clearly shows a lack of accountability after payment. Damage due to careless packing My induction cooktop was damaged because it was not bubble-wrapped at all. It was packed casually, and as a result, it broke. When I raised this issue, despite being told that my goods were insured, there has been no response so far. Severe inconvenience to my family Because of their false commitments: I had to extend my Airbnb stay by 2 days, costing me around ₹6,000 I had to move into an empty flat with my wife and kids We were forced to sleep on the floor I had to buy a temporary mattress for ₹2,000 All of this stress and extra expense was solely due to their delays and poor planning. Rude and careless behavior The Bangalore team, especially Govind from AVG Logistics Bangalore, was rude, careless, and unresponsive. He did not properly answer calls or provide updates and showed no concern for the situation my family was in. No apology, no ownership Instead of apologizing, the Bangalore team bluntly said they would only drop the furniture and refused proper unboxing, saying they had "other work to do".

Galaxy Packers and Movers is an extremely good choice for transportation of goods. The staff is highly professional and is trained to handle domestic transfers very efficiently. My experience has been very good and all my stuff has been transported in perfect condition. Thank you Team Galaxy!!!

I have recently used their service for shifting my base from North of India to the West and I am really happy to say that Galaxy packers have carefully packed handled all the goods and were very quick and efficient.
