My overall experience with them was below average. Some of our stuff are missing and I didn’t like the lack of transparency when it comes to charges. They charged us way more than they should have for security deposit of boxes. We followed up numerous times with them for the deposit but there was no action only false promises. In the end they refused to refund by putting the blame on staff for charging extra. Now while packing the boxes were not labelled. There was no list made and they were in real hurry. They followed a different route. It wasn’t transparent. Having said that their workers worked really hard, so kudos to them for helping out.

I took their service to transfer my luggage from delhi to kasganj. All processes were very smooth. They did packaging very professionally and their behaviour is very pleasing. They gave me a hope that my material will be delivered beautifully.
