This is the worst movers and packers I have experienced. First of all, they charged me more for the shiftment, but when the person came to physically collect the stuff, he doubled the amount. I couldn’t even have a word with him about it because I was handling over my stuff to him. He told me the things will reach in 5days but it took 12days to get delivered! Imagine handing over all your stuff and getting them late by 7days. This is beyond disappointment. Never go for such manipulative packers.

The team was friendly, professional, and efficient. They took great care with all of my belongings and made sure everything was delivered to my new home on time and in perfect condition. I would definitely use this company again for any future moves and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable packing and moving service.

Very bad experience with Shivam packers and movers. They overcharge after loading and packing of items and ask for double the money. Even after doing a survey Mr Arun Tiwari who was the move coordinator is now saying weight is more and somehow the price is more than double of the initial amount. On which he claims he is giving a discount for Rs 3000. We have already paid 70% of the original amount claimed and now these guys are asking for 100% of the revised money to be transferred to their account before delivery. I have recordings of all my telephonic conversations with the company as I think we may have to go to consumer court now as we are feeling being cheated. The size of the boxes they used is also half of what usually packers and movers have. The guys had very limited quantity of bubble wraps and were very reluctant in packing. For some items we had to ask multiple times to get the same packed. This company is a fraud and a cheat. Never book any services with them.

Would have rated 0 if I had the option. So somebody from this company came and visited our house to see and measure the stuff. It's a 3bhk. They gave us an amount. We agreed and he left. Now on the day of shifting, they moved 70% of the stuff but 30% was still left. For which we did a tempo and used our cars. Still we could move all so we called him and asked him why is he not completing the task. To which he replied "us truck mein jitna aaya wo hi gaya" Not helpful at all. Extremely rude. If you want to spend your money wisely, give it to some other packers and movers.

Good and prompt service. If you have aligned everything prior to booking the service, you can be rest assured of 100% delivery on the same. Both customer service and guys who come for packing/unpacking are very professional.

Very worst service ever, they don't know how to business, they deliver the stuff at mid night with a police officer and they harrase all the family member for recieving the luggage they put on road side n go away. Don't take service from this company very bad service at all. USE AGRAWAL MOVERS AND PACKER..BEST SERVICE.
