I got their number from the property dealer and thought their services would be better as society property dealer has provided it but forgot to check their credentials and ratings from the internet. Highly disappointed with the service of Debya Packers & Movers. One should avoid hiring their services as they don’t have the experience, expertise and trained staff for Shifting. Moreover the behaviour of the person after getting payment is very unprofessional. My experience with them is summed up as under: 1. Sent shifting person 3 hours later than the committed time of 8 AM 2. Unprofessional and untrained staff who manhandled belongings and Furniture. Daily wage workers were sent for skilled job of shifting 3. Full load of belongings such as Mattresses, pillows, Clothes, Cushion Chairs etc got wet in the rain. cartons full of clothes got wet. When reported to the owner, he didn’t bother and casually replied what can he do if it is raining. Only thing he was bothered about is his cartons 4. The shifting within the same society which would take about 5-6 hours took about 15 hours which went upto 2 AM, thanks to their unprofessional behaviour and untrained staffs. 5. Even after such huge loss of belongings, physical harassment, he was paid in full without any complaints and committed to provide the invoice the next day but the fellow didn’t provide it and not picking up the calls now. One should think twice before hiring their services.

Extremely unprofessional and we had very unpleasant experience. They truly tested our patience. I chose this packer and mover after survey is done at my place. Here is what happened on the day of shifting: 1. Promise was to reach home between 9-10am, but no show. When calling, he stopped picking the phone. I was even wondering if they will show up or not. 2. Arrived at 11:30am with 4 young boys, all of them were below 20 years. (When I made booking, I was told they have their own team but all random people showed up. 2 of them had never done packing) 3. Packing started and it was super slow. Owner of the company was doing packing and boys were helping when he was on the job. If owner is not doing anything, work will stop. So whole day, I had to do follow up. 4. Very poor packaging was done. My wooden bed had scratches all around and need to be repainted. That happened with mant other things 5. Shifting was concluded at 1am (14 hours). It was a stuff of 2 people living in 3BHK and out of which one room was empty. We had 2 beds, fridge, 1 AC, 3 2-seater sofas, one centre table, 2 office tables and chairs and other kitchen stuff and cloths. 6. During shifting some material was left on random floor in our building. Someone in the tower informed us about it and hence we got that material. Too much carelessness. The owner would only pick call at his wish.

Bad service. I recently shifted Noida to Pune and used their services, They charged me for 14’ separate truck but send my all luggage in Part load to cheat me, this revealed when truck came to Pune and I found different truck with someone else luggage in it. All my assets were damaged including my Fridge, clock, tables, scooter due their mishandling. I approached their team as well but they wont responding and block my calls. All I found them, unprofessional and misleading. Please have look to this review before approaching. All they tried to cheat me as they think, I am alone and single, so nothing is worried to do wrong with me.
