Worst packers and movers in Bihar. I booked them for Samastipur to Muzaffarpur. They promised to start at 8 AM but the labours and vehicle reached at 2 PM. They refused to pack chairs, and glass crockeries separately. I had to pack glass items, crockeries and cosmetics on my own. They were able to complete the packing by 8 PM as they refused to pack AC, dining chairs, office chairs, side table, centre table. I called at the manager’s number to complaint for their services. He said that for complete packing you should have booked VIP packing and you would have charged double than this charge. I will share the picture of loading items that were left unpacked. For 3 BHK flat items, they got 2 small pickup, and stacked heavy cartoons on my washing machine and fridge. In this process, they broke my Godrej Office chair, I will share the picture of the same. However, after loading all the items somehow on that pickup, we left at 9:00 PM. Its a 50 km distance between Samastipur and Muzaffarpur, which we were supposed to cover in 1.5 hours, for which they too 3 hours as they needed rest between the journey. Finally they reached destination at 11:50 PM. They came next afternoon at 2 PM for unpacking. It was by next day evening when the unpacking was finished. It was a 50 km shifting experience , which they made hectic by engaging me and my old aged mother for 2 days. It was a horrible experience that I had to go through. I would do a proper research before choosing any packer and mover next time.
