I recently shifted my household goods from Madhepura, Bihar to Mumbai through Red Fox. Mr. Anand is a very nice person, the shifting was so smooth. They are providing very prompt service to their clients by adhering to timelines. And the service charges are also reasonable.
I had a great experience with Red Fox Packers & Movers. There was an understanding between us and everything was well coordinated and well executed. I would recommend their services.
Bad Experience for me. They are not a Good Agency. They are not professional for shipping household stuff. They were hired for shipping my material from Patna to Bangalore. They will commit good quality packing but at the last moment they bring very little packing material. There Cartons are not good and torn off while packing itself. They bring chips and pan masala packing cartons for household material. Which cannot withhold material properly. Corrugated sheets are of very low quality. Bubble wrap was brought after requesting many times. But by that time packing was already done. Packing staff also doesn't listen to ur request for proper packing. Will not recommend them to anyone.
