Blue Dart Courier Porbandar

I ordered Mobile phone in exchange of an old phone. And delivery courier service is very poor. They didn't even know how to check details of the exchange old phone. They visited me after one day of sending message of out for delivery. Staff is very third class and very poor knowledge of Mobile phones. They don't work properly. They dont know how to check touch of mobile and very rude behaviour with customer. Even they didn't gave any valid reason to reject my mobile. Shame on you blue dart..

World's third class courier service for customer support. I am trying to call them since morning and tired manymany tims to call but no customer response. Ridiculous. 0 service. Office person are also not responding on time even when we reach personal at office place. Please close this courier service. No one is going to support from here. Shut it close and lock it please.

Staff is miss behaving with coustomers. And service is so poor. I don't like Blue dart porbandar branch. Otherwise please teach them how to treat costomer.

Very poor in delivering system, I experienced 1 time ago & now again today. When courier boy called me I was busy in office urgent work so I wasn't able to receive his call, then I tried calling back but call was cutt by courier boy side , so I called him about 6-7 times but every time he cuts my call or that number must be one-way. So I googled their local courier service contact number and called them 4 times again no-one answered my any call at all. Then I got a message from my shipper that blue dart has delayed my parcel delivery to tomorrow's date.

Boycott Blue dart.....blue dart staff hay hay..... Staff is very third class and misbehaving. They don't work properly. Shame on you blue dart..
