Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unprofessional, Dishonest & Poor Service This has been an absolute nightmare of an experience, marked by unprofessional behavior, poor service, and blatant dishonesty. I initially reached out to this company after seeing their positive reviews. I shared pictures of all the items that needed to be transported, and their agent personally visited my place before giving a quotation. I also enquired with a few other agencies and finally chose this one based on their lower quote and seemingly good track record. However, the problems began from the very beginning. The team that came for packing was more interested in calling their boss every 10 minutes than actually working. Despite their lack of professionalism, they asked for a tip before leaving after the pickup. Once the packing was done and my luggage was taken with assurances that everything would be safely delivered, I received a call saying I had to pay the entire amount upfront before transport. Worse, the final bill was more than double the originally quoted amount. While I had expected some increase, the final figure was completely unreasonable. When I questioned this, the person on the call started shouting and even threatened to return my luggage if I didn’t pay. When the items were finally delivered to the destination, the problems continued. The delivery person informed me that I had to arrange for people to unload and shift everything into the house, as moving items from the truck was apparently not their responsibility. After much argument, he eventually left the boxes by the lift—but only after demanding payment again. As if all this wasn’t enough, the condition of the delivery was terrible. Many boxes had been stored upside down, glass items were broken (including some sentimental gifts), and my furniture had noticeable scratches. Overall, this was a deeply stressful and frustrating experience. The company displayed a complete lack of professionalism, transparency, and responsibility. I chose them based on trust and good reviews, and was thoroughly let down at every step.
