Previously I have written review about the worker which I have mentioned that he spoke to me little harshly but thank you for the customer care service for taking immediate action on concerned person he asked sorry for that he had spoke to me so respectfully and explained the situation only the continuous calls he got that day by my family member made him to speak that way please apologise for his mistake as I have felt bad for complaining and don't take much actions on that person genuinely he is good person only suitation make him react that way thank AKR and team for such a good love and care towards your customers and I want that person to continue and do their service, do as per my kind request ❤️ Thank you

ACTUALLY WE HAVE SENT A PARCEL ITS VERY IMPORTANT ONE FOR OUR COMMERCIAL PURPOSE,.. I'VE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THE INCHARGE PERSON .. THEY ARE NOT EVEN WILLING TO SEND ATLEAST POD VERY RUDE ATTITUDE ..ATLEAST TRY TO ANSWER THE QUESTIONS OF CUSTOMER ...

Bus travel madurai to Rajapalayam & madurai to Sankarankovil travel in bus songs are uncomfortable. And worst songs are playing in radio in travel time. Then I am toled the contacter but he is not reachable in my complaint. Very very worst songs playing in night time & and morning time. Quickly chenge the playlist in the bus running all time.

Very rude attitude. My father called to check the arrival of the parcel, the executive said, "we are not here to answer your questions, we have lot of work". If we dont send our parcels, how you get you money? There should be professional reply is expected rather than speaking as you are giving money to us to send parcel in your company. Please change the word in your organization name "Service" for this branch. _____________________ I really want to appreciate the AKR express customer Care Dept.
