I experienced significant issues with the packing and unloading of my belongings. The packing team appeared careless, neglecting to properly secure items, which resulted in damage during transit. They assured me that everything would be fine, yet they left boxes full and did not save packing materials for protection. Moreover, I was sent a 24-foot truck instead of the agreed 17 or 19 feet. This excessive space allowed my household items to shift during transport, leading to damage, including my dining table, sofa, and sewing machine. When I raised my concerns, the agency focused on insurance policies rather than addressing the damage. Initially, I was assured that all items would arrive intact, but post-delivery, I was informed it was my responsibility for not taking out insurance. I incurred a loss of around Rs 20,000 with no compensation offered. Additionally, there were several flaws in the packing process: all box items should have been emptied, lightweight items should have been loaded first, and heavy items at the rear. Detachable items were not separated, contributing to the damage. I urge you to review these packing and handling practices to prevent future issues for other clients.

Overall the service is good. However, there are a few hiccups which happened during their service. The packing was brilliant, totally professional. But, the transport people made certain errors of judgement. In conclusion, the service is good. But do talk the details of transport for a good service.
