Porter Packers and Movers Hyderabad

They arrived 2hrs late & then had no courtesy of communication. Packing quality was substandard.** Items were literally falling out of the cardboard boxes while being carried. We had to stop the team multiple times (at least three) to properly reseal the boxes. When questioned, they casually brushed it off with, "Out of so many items, some might fall or get lost." This clearly reflects their careless attitude. To make matters worse, one staff member dropped a wooden chest directly on my foot, resulting in visible swelling and a deep wound. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they blamed *me* for standing in the "wrong place." Not even a hint of an apology — and their supervisor had the same indifferent attitude. They broke almost 80% of my crockeries & upon raising damage complaint also no help was really received apart from multiple customer care. **Payment handling was shady.** They demanded 80% of the total amount before the move, but when I asked for a receipt, they outright refused and even shouted at me. **Unskilled, unprofessional, and completely unreliable.** I absolutely do not recommend their services.

Pick and drop was good satisfied with the service and they have gave luggage with utmost care no damage was done only lacking is packing of large things and remaining all they were good and am posting pictures of workers too they are humble

Good service. All items were wrapped and unwrapped by them only. Important items were taken care well, handled in a good way. Staff were helpful in all the way.

I had a really bad experience with Porter today during my move, and honestly, I wouldn’t recommend them for packing and moving. There was absolutely no clarity about their services. While booking, the customer support person told me to select both "professional carpenter" and "assembly & disassembly," even though I only had one IKEA bed. She also asked me to add extra boxes "just in case," so I booked 12 boxes. In reality, I only had 6 boxes worth of stuff — and they still showed up with only 5 boxes. Then they just tried stuffing things around because they didn’t bring enough. Before the packing was even done, the partner marked the order as "packed & loaded," which locked my order and I couldn’t edit anything. I called customer care, they said they would fix it, but nothing happened. I had paid for single-layer packing, and they only packed my fridge and washing machine. So obviously the charges for packing and the extra service I was told to add should have been reduced — but nobody even acknowledged that. Then the mover suddenly started saying he had another job and kept pushing me to pay the full amount right away and "get a refund later." He even asked me to send money to his personal UPI ID. I refused. Now Porter is saying I should get the money back from the partner, which is ridiculous. It was clearly a scam attempt. Super unprofessional experience — stressful, confusing, and zero accountability. Think twice before booking Porter for shifting. Added note: The people who came to shift has stolen my valuable items as well, they are thieves and don't trust these people with your stuff. The app is just a scam.
