This is the second time I took their help for shifting, and again they did a great job! The first time, they were very careful, fast, and polite. Everything went smoothly, so I called them again for my next shift. This time also, their work was excellent. They came on time, packed everything nicely, and made sure nothing was damaged. I am really happy with their service and I will surely call them again in the future. Highly recommended

I never knew that your customer service agent - hangs up on customers I used them before and that's the reason I contacted you .. But from now on . I will Neverrrrrr everrrrrrr use Gati packers again in my whole life .. Pathetic customer service agent.

.Extremely unprofessional service. The owner demanded extra money after the truck was loaded, the amount discussed earlier. During unloading, the workers refused to move items properly and showed no responsibility. Owner’s behavior turned rude and arrogant once the payment was made(which he asked just after loading )Not at all recommended. Worst service!

The worst service ever experienced. It was incredibly unprofessional. They arrived late, they broke my glass.They demanded extra money and have not returned the advance payment I sent them, despite having paid the total amount later. I requested the extra money back, but they refuse to return it. I strongly advise against using their services; they are very irresponsible.

Never pay these guys in advance, they take money for packers and movers but later ask extra for labour.
