Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service! I had booked their service for a relocation from Solapur to Surat, Gujarat in March 2025. Unfortunately, the experience has been far from satisfactory. Our inverter battery was damaged during the move, the washing machine's alignment was completely disturbed (rendering it non-functional), and several other items arrived broken. Despite being assured that the damaged battery would be replaced within 2–3 days, it's now been over 20 days with no response or follow-up from their side. This lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable. I genuinely regret choosing this service and will certainly not recommend them to anyone in my network. Please think twice before trusting them with your valuable belongings.
