Biz Packers and Movers Private Limited

In continuation of my previous review, I hope the following information will further help users decide whether to use the services of this packers and movers company. The car reached Chennai on 10th December, but despite daily follow-ups, they failed to deliver it to Bangalore until 18th December. This delay alone reflects the level of service they provide. The vehicle was handed over in very good condition, except for a few minor scratches (documents/photos can be uploaded if required). However, during unloading, the clips/locks came out while removing the lacing. If this damage occurred, why was it not repaired before driving the vehicle for nearly 400 km? Driving the car in such a condition is highly irresponsible. Additionally, they damaged the tyre and replaced it with the spare tyre, as clearly visible in the photos. A spare tyre is not meant to be driven for more than 50 km, yet they drove the car from Chennai to Bangalore using it, causing further damage to the vehicle. Shockingly, they did not even bother to repair a simple valve issue, which would have cost just ₹150. This shows sheer negligence. Shameful. Most disappointing was their attitude after delivery. They offered compensation only after I mentioned that I would post a Google review. Until then, their response was: "Hamne car deliver kar di hai, ab hame nahi pata aapko kya karna hai." This statement alone speaks volumes about their professionalism and customer service. I strongly advise users to think twice before trusting this company with their vehicle.

The Google doesn't allow to give 0 rating otherwisei would never give him 1. I am Lt Cdr Aman Kumar (RTD) from INS Utkrosh. I gave my car Audi A6 to this useless movers in very good condition. Firstly they took over a month just to deliver the car from Port Blair to Bangalore after so much of follow up and making the entire payment in advance. Secondly, they didn't transport it from through carrier instead they drove it from Chennai to Bangalore that too in accidental condition (See the photos attached). When I asked why the car in such condition, I was shocked to hear the answer. "Car pahle se hi damage thi aur aapko apne aap repair karwana padega, hame koi matlab nahi hai". The entire bumper needs to be replaced as they have broken the entire locking system and they are not ready to take any ownership for the damage they have done. I would request all Defence personal posted at Andaman to read this review before considering to utilise their service.

In the Andaman & Nicobar Islands, almost every product costs higher than on the mainland. Padouk wood is very famous here, and many people still carry it to the mainland. I personally decided to bring a cot from Coimbatore to the Andaman Islands. The challenging part was transporting the cot from Coimbatore to Andaman. When I inquired with different delivery partners, some quoted ₹10,000, others ₹9,000. Finally, I approached Biz Packers and Movers, who initially quoted ₹8,000. I requested them to fix the price at ₹7,000, and they agreed. They successfully delivered the cot to my home within 10 days. I highly recommend their service.

I recently availed a goods transportation service for a shipment from Port Blair to Mangalore and the overall experience was very smooth all though they took few extra days form the expected date to deliver it. And the packaging was excellent Safely received to my door steps without any damages

Had transported my household items and Car from Port Blair to Bengaluru. All items were received in same condition. Items were packed in 3 layers using cardboard and in 2 layers using a plastic wrapper. TVs, refrigerator and all other electronic items were packed with due care and and were shipped door to door, with no hassles with the workers. Excellent team and good packing. Will recommend them for all personnel moving to and from port blair to any location in India as they have tie up with local pachers & movers of the destination.

I am pleased that I selected Biz for transportation of my house hold good and car from northern tip of country to port blair . They are thorough professionals with adequate logistic back up at each and every corner of country . Recommended for all. They don't have much interest in PR strategy. But they do perform on ground .
