BJRD Cargo Packers & Movers

This review is based on my friend’s experience with BJRD Packers and Movers while shifting household items. I would strongly advise others to think twice before choosing this service because i was there when they are packing and talking nicely but when it comes to delivery time their behaviour completely changed and even they demanded extra money for door to door delivery. it was very expensive and extremely slow. The delivery was delayed by almost a week beyond the promised date. My friend and I had also handed over his bike for transport. At the time of payment, they clearly mentioned it would be a door-to-door delivery, but in reality, it turned out to be godown-to-godown. The bike was delivered nearly 65 km away from the actual destination. When this issue was raised, the staff behaved very rudely instead of resolving it. i am very frustrated because they talk nice until money is credited to them but they are not providing the service as money taken. very awful experience their. I would strongly not recommend BJRD Packers and Movers to anyone. please don't go for it. waste of money, waste of our energy, very dissapointing.

Excellent experience with BJRD Packers and Movers! The team provided very good service from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and extremely cooperative—they listened to all my instructions carefully and followed them without any hesitation. Packaging was done properly with good quality materials, and they handled everything with great care. No damages, no stress, and everything reached on time. Truly reliable and trustworthy. If you’re looking for hassle-free shifting, BJRD is the way to go! Will definitely use them again.

This review is about moving my household items. What I suggest is never ever go for BJRD packers and movers. I personally don't recommend this to anyone. It is too costly and very slow. They will be very polite and punctual only until the payment. After that they will so rude. Delivery got delayed almost for a week after the estimated delivery date. And also the deliver person was asking extra money for door to door delivery. Also, I had given them my bike. During the payment they said it will be door to door delivery. But it was actually godown to godown to delivery. They delivered my bike almost 60 kms away from my home. When there was an argument regarding this, they literally behaved very rude. Overall it was a very bad experience.

Very professional service. Well mannered staff and very prompt response. They did fantastic job at very affordable rates. Mr. Rohit Sharma, their contact person was very responsive and their entire team completed the work very efficiently. I would highly recommend BJRD Cargo Packers & Movers for your transportation needs.

Very polite and nice people and very reasonable and good for anyday shifting of your property. It's one of the most stressful things in life i.e., moving but this guys make it less stressful with their nature and service. It's my personal experience pls don't hesitate booking them! 🙂 Cheers
