Jaiswal Express Packers and Movers in Thane

Very disappointing experience with Jaiswal Express Packers and Movers, Chandivali branch. This is my first and definitely my last time dealing with them. Their commitment and communication were very unprofessional. My packages were not delivered on the date clearly promised during the initial discussion. When I called to ask why the delivery was delayed, the person on the phone changed his tone and spoke in a very rude manner, which was completely unacceptable and disrespectful. I felt let down and stressed throughout the process. If Google allowed a rating of minus five stars, I would choose that. I would not recommend this company to anyone who is looking for reliable, professional and timely service.

Absolutely horrible experience with these packers and movers. They showed us a different set of photos of their packaging while quoting us on their services. Then on the day of pick up, they send inferior quality foam sheets for packaging and claim that these are better than cardboard. We were assured same day delivery as we were only moving our things from Mumbai to Pune. However, they then delay the delivery to next day and are extremely rude to us on the phone when we question their lack of professionalism. When they finally deliver our items, we see that they have completely removed all packaging from our items. The management has no answer as to how that happened and that their staff decided to do that. They have no quality control at their end.. They are extremely rude on phone and instead of addressing their shortcomings, they start boasting on their positive reviews and claiming that all negative reviews are fake. I highly recommend that you look elsewhere for your packing and moving needs as we to were defrauded by these unprofessional and incompetent individuals. Even now in their response, the management chooses to malign the individual by spreading lies saying that they are competitors and refuse to look into the horrible business practices and complete lack or care with which they handle people's precious cargo.

It was a very good experience to shift house hold goods with jaiswal packers and movers, Mr Aakash and team is very good they have packed every thing properly and shifted good within time. Not wasted a single minute while working. I will definitely recommend jaiswal packers and movers. Thanks a lot.

Things were put inside boxes in a very haphazard manner. A simple fan was put in 4 different boxes. 1 box containing the fins, another containing the cup, another the rod and finally the main unit in the other one. The boxes they use are used for self advertisement, as a result it's not allowed to write what's what on them and you need to be ready with not just a marker, but paper and clear tape too. Objects from bedroom and hall had been mixed in together. 4/10. Go for it only if you're in a hurry and have no other options.

Got cheated at many levels #cheat #fraud #liar #redflag Showed cardboard packaging for refrigerator and vehicle when deal was being negotiated, then reusable inferior quality and torn foamsheets for actual packaging and finally received both things without any packaging. When questioned, the jaiswal management was rude and arrogant to even accept mistakes. Very bad Service by Jyoti and her entire delivery team. Very #unprofessional and #unreliable conduct. If the company says we're not their customers (instead are competitors spreading bad reviews) please don't believe them coz we got thugged believing same story.

Service was the Best. The process was smooth without any challenges. Mr. Jaiswal also cordinated very well. And they helped us in every way possible to get our things packed and move it to another house.

People were very nice and packed and moved stuff with full care and nicely. Highly recommended. Not a scratch on my vechile and furniture
