Their version of packing was covering my furniture with a single layer of thin plastic. My expensive tabletop was chipped at multiple places. I had to explicitly get them to even cover gym equipment which they said was "metal" and hence "didn't need" any packing. They don't even know what a painted and polished metal surface looks like apparently. If you're using these people, watch them like a hawk and make sure they properly pack stuff with lots of packing material.
