I was pleased with packing and unpacking of my new bike from Tirunelveli to Chennai without any delay and no damage caused while delivering. Worth trying parcel service here.

We used Joan packers for an our move from Tirunelveli to chennai and the team were unbelievable. Arrived on time, were able to promptly put all our stuff away and then unload it at the new address. They helped build the furniture and also helped with moving stuff around our new apartment to make sure we were happy with it. They also finished 30 min before the allocated time. Definitely worth the money. Also super easy booking and the team keeps you posted via whatsapp and also online tracking, Will use 100% again and would recommend them for anyone else looking to move.

Customer service is very bad. Their attitude changes once we make the payment. They told us we needed a 20ft closed container so we agree to it but they sent us 17ft container so we left many things while loading. They left the place 5 in the evening after loading and we left after 6.30 in the evening but we reached 6.15 in the morning where they came at 1 in the noon. And they just parked the vehicle in front of the house till 5. After making a lot of calls and saying to them we will inform the police and media only they arranged people for unloading. There are a lot of things that are damaged. Please don't call this kind of service if you have no other choices don't pay the amount in full and pay the half after unloading the things. You asked us to contact you via mail. And we tried but it shows technical error in your mail id

Very Bad experience, they are fraud, i have more loss, u can see the condition of my things after delivery , my led fully damage , my mattress full water inside full of dust also, my two wheeler also damage badly by joen packer and movers after sharing all details to company they simply tell we are not responsible for ur damages and we not going to give any repair cost or compensation and after multiple conversations finally they start taking in rudely and stop taking my calls also To be honest beware from these kind of thieves Thank you

I have recently shipped my brand new bike from Tirunelveli to Chennai with Joen Packers and Movers. I have checked with various transport and packing companies; they did give safe assurance with a lot of confusion, and I got to know Joen Packers through Google Maps and checked with them, and I booked My experience was good with them. I was there when they were packing my bike; nowhere have I seen this much packing to ensure safety, and the next day it reached my doorstep. Their customer service is very impressive; their in-charge person will attend your call anytime and update you about the shipping, so thanks, Joen and packers.

We have used for shifting several times . Their staffs are good. They keep perfect timing. Their. MD. Mr. Durai is kind and helpful. My hearty wishes to Joan Packers and Movers.
