This company is worst company that I have ever seen.please don't trust these people. Initially they ll say we ll deliver in 5 days or 6 days . Now even after 17 days they didn't deliver my household goods . These people are idiots please don't trust them . Worstest company of delivering.

Fraudsters Beware... We had to move from Vadodara to Rajasthan and we're looking for good packers and movers online, we saw Ratings of DRS and fell in their Trap. We connected through their Google contact with a guy named Rahul Sharma who was very soft spoken and gave a very reasonable quote at the beginning.The rates were agreed including packing, loading, unloading and GST. On the day of moving their team reached at site without any tools and some basic packing material, We had to provide most. After the packing was done and the goods were to be loaded the driver started generating bill, we were shocked to see the bill been made on some VRL LOGISTICS PACKERS AND MOVERS LIMITED. On enquiring Rahul Sharma told it is same sister concern company. The driver gave us a amount of 10k higher than what was agreed. When we called Rahul he straight away refused to agree on his initial quote. With all luggage packed and moved down the building we had no other option to agree. Now the person started asking for 100% advance and talking rudely. We didn't agree on this and only paid 60%. We made him agree on watsapp chat that balance will be paid after receipt of goods. It was agreed that a private vehicle will go and our stuff will reach within 3 days. After a day when we called Rahul to enquire about our belongings he started blackmailing us saying that the goods will be delivered only when we pay him balance amount, till then he won't tell us where the goods are. This was a complete shocker. After lots of arguments we agreed on paying when the vehicle is about 50km away from our house, Here also he lied and took the complete amount after which phone was switched off. Our goods were sent through some transport company and it reached after 7 days. Goods were damaged. Even big companies don't get complete 5 stars. All please beware of this company.

Guys please don’t approach DRS, they do billing under VRL Logistics and packers Ltd., they are very arrogant and irresponsible! They will ask more money once they pack everything ., beware of their payment mode too, initially they ask for less money and will say half payment can be done at the time of pick up and rest can pay once we receive our belongings. But after packing they will ask double charges and without payment don't agree to deliver. You will be blackmailed and mentally tortured. Stuff goes by third party transport. Strictly avoid them.

DRS billing is done under the name of VRL Packers and movers Ltd, which is a fraud company. We had to relocate from Vadodara to Udaipur. I was searching for some decent packers and movers online. At that time we saw this 5 star Fake DRS Ratings and fell in their Trap. While all others were stating 29k with GST, this guy Rahul Sharma from VRL proposed a price of 22k including GST. Initially they were very proactive in calling and booking the appointment for packing. 5 of the staff had come on that day for packing without any tools. After the packing was done they dumped all of my 2 bhk luggage into a very small van. Tv, fridge were just thrown into the van. Then the real drama started. They had added some nonsence clauses and increased the price by 8k. The way they were dealing was very very rude and asked 100% advance payment. They wont care about your belongings. No followup willbe there once luggage is taken. When you want the luggage they wont aggree to get it on time. They will blackmail you to transfer advance. We will have to fight with themfor each and every single thing. It is actually sent by Third party transport. Finally I had my luggage shifted with damaged glass dining table and wooden cot with hell lot of scratches. Stay out of VRL/DRS if you want your belongings to be safe.

Had an activa transported from vadodara to chennai, Excellent packing and collection, but tracking of the consignment was not available, they did not provide a docket on collection. The vehicle as to reach (door to door) in 8-10 days, but it took more than 29 days.

There is no DRS. They operate under the name of VRL Packers and movers ltd, all billing is done under their name. I had booked them to transfer my Scoty. First, they said that shifting charges is 4500 inclusive of handling and GST. then after a week when I inquired about the location of activa they said I didn’t paid the amount and produced a bill of 10500 rupees and asked me to pay the difference. I was stunned and called back the same person who offered me the price on the first day. He didn’t pick up my call and his junior called and asked me to pay the balance amount again. Then his boss called me finally and said that he was only talking about the transport charges that day and not any other charges. However after much heated debate he reduced 1800 and finally agreed for 8700 which includes the first payment. I paid the difference and he then handed over my activa to SPOT ON logistics. Till now activa was not even moved a inch from his location. Upon receiving the activa, SPOT ON official said that payment was not done for this consignment without which they cannot release the activa to me. I called VRL again and there was no response from them. Finally somehow I made a contact with them and after1-2 hours waiting and continuos calls they(VRL) made a payment of 1500/- to SPOT ON. I asked SPOT ON official about the actual expenses incurred for this delivery. SPOT ON official said not more than 4000/-. It means VRL took 4700/- extra without doing anything. Also upon receiving, I found that:- 1. Activa was driven for more than 600kms during the transportation period. 2. The handgrip was damaged. 3. The rear mudguard was damaged. 4. The helmet was missing. 5. Activa was neat and clean when they took from me but after delivery, it was muddy and dirty all across. NEVER EVER BOOK DRS/VRL. THESE GOONS - VRL LOGISTICS/VRL PACKERS AND MOVERS. They are FRAUD and they talk RUDELY. Their services are PATHETIC. They will use your vehicle for a few days(a week as usual) and then they will handover to different logistics for actual delivery.

Poorly managed transporter. They never value your sentiments to the goods. They are good at making false bills. Got cheated big time. Be aware of it's employees named RAHUL THAKUR And ISHWAR MARWADI They used my new vehicle as it could be found from the odometer reading at the time of handing over and taking over. Very casual approach when I complained to RAHUL THAKUR And ISHWAR MARWADI . After all they are business people. No ethics
