Arrogant behaviour. Reply to the comment. It is important to maintain honesty in business transactions. When the customer inquired about the final price, you stated that the charges would increase by Rs. 1000 with each negotiation attempt comes across as unprofessional and discourteous. And you have called multiple times continuously people do have there personal work and you need to maintain professionalism as well as respect them.

The transportation is bad as the items were damaged, wet or un usable after reaching the destination. The packing is not segregated as per our instructions.
