We consulted Ziva packers and movers for our luggage shifting from hyderabad to vijayawada.they gave us the quotation 10500.00. And GST charges.On 3rd Feb 22,packers came and packed our luggage ,during that time they said that they are going to deliver our luggage not on the same day.We said ok for that,in the evening HR cald and said our final bill is 20500.00 we were really shocked and had no words.I cald to Mukerji and asked the difference between quotation and final bill.He talked rudely and black mailed us to pay the full amount then only he is going to deliver our luggage.Yesterday we paid 18000.00 and got delivered our luggage today morning.. Very worst experience, kindless people,the management wont have courtesy, our little kids belongings are also in that..I requested them to deliver my luggage as early as possible,finally they semd my luggage in sharing.. During booking time they vl say nice words ,once after packing they vl take our luggage to godowns and vl blackmail us very badly..
