But thanks God due to my good deed I came in contact with Panache Pest Control Private Limited after numerous encounter with fake Pest control company of Noida Gr. Noida and South Delhi. 99%of them were fake. Apart from Bayer they don't know any good company of pesticides but they use only pesticides of local manufacturers which are having serious implications on health. It is Panache Pest Control who are having vast knowledge of pesticides and and they know it's insidious side effects. I never leave bad reviews but on this one I had to. Poor quality work and service, don’t trust them. I don’t think they are using effective chemicals or method. Termites appeared the next day itself on the same site so an additional service was given. However in the subsequent weeks also termites still appeared on the same site where treatment was done. When I called them the rude owner simply kept on yelling and repeating the same words that he can’t solve the problem because I did treatment only in the kitchen. It was not necessary to get the other room with ply work treated as there were no issues there and the kitchen is completely isolated from it. The technician himself said it’s not even necessary to do the entire kitchen also as the problem was only on one side however I went ahead and treated the entire kitchen. Now they don’t want to solve the problem on technicality that the entire flat was not treated hence no warranty. If the issue reappeared after months I understand but within a few weeks of treatment itself on the same area where treatment was done. So it’s very safe to say that the treatment materials/methods is not up to the mark. This is not a reliable or professional company, don’t waste your money. MY REPLY: Now I’m convinced that you are delusional. Where on earth did I "plead" you? You’re not the only one in the market so please stop talking rubbish. I just requested you and you accepted. I paid you 2k for a single time only treatment for only kitchen, yes. If it’s for the entire flat also it was just for about 2.5k or 3k. So it was not about money. My only concern was drilling the entire flat unnecessarily as the problem was on the left side of the kitchen only. You did not even issue me a bill but yes I know perfectly well that it wasn’t under warranty but the technician also confirmed that if the issue comes up in a few days or few weeks it will be treated again. And you didn’t address the issue I raised here. What kind of chemical was used that the termites appeared the next day and the following few weeks itself?? You clearly used low quality chemical because I didn’t opt for the warranty option. For the record you were the one who was doing all the talking yelling the same set of sentences (atleast 5/6 times) that I didn’t opt for the warranty so there’s nothing you could do. I raised my voice and could speak only after you finished but by that time you had put me on speaker and was not even responding to me anymore. And so for the last time please stop acting innocent after behaving so rude and unprofessional. My advice to you is that you acknowledge poor quality material was used, otherwise this wouldn’t have happened.
