Worst experience ever – DO NOT TRUST PARI PACKERS AND MOVERS, BANGALORE PARI PACKERS AND MOVERS, Bangalore have made my life hell. This has been the worst moving experience of my life. They gave me false hopes right from the start and completely failed to deliver on their promises. Due to an emergency, I had to change the packing date. For this, they charged me ₹5,000 just for going back, which is absolutely unreasonable. I later enquired with multiple other movers, and even in the worst-case scenario, companies charge around ₹2,000 at most for bringing back porters if the move doesn’t happen the same day. This clearly felt like exploitation. When my goods finally arrived, several items were damaged, and despite charging for insurance, they refused to honor any insurance claim. To make matters worse, they forgot to deliver two full boxes, and there has been no proper resolution or accountability till date. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and customer care is shocking. I would strongly not recommend anyone to go ahead with this company. If you’re considering them, please get in touch with me first to know exactly what happened before making the same mistake I did.

For anyone trying to book with these guys, please read this… I recently booked my bike transfer with them and first thing they did was drove the bike and then jumped a signal adding 1000 rs fine on top of it. After booking the bike, I was asked to pay 33%gst, which seems ridiculous as these charges were not mentioned before booking.. once they got my bike, I was told either pay gst or pay these guys to get my bike back. After carefully considering my situation, I negotiated and ended up paying 18% GST on top of agreed amount. I was told finally after paying that we will send you a video of bike getting wrapped up and I will get regular updates..and bike will be delivered in 4 days.. But again, they did what they are best at, ghosted me go days, no communication for a week and then after 10 days I got a call that bike is mumbai and I ll get it next day. Next day, I am being told truck met with an accident and is being sent back to Pune for some reason. To make things worse, I was not getting any updates, no communication where my bike is.. multiple follow ups, rude conversations and then finallly after 2 weeks, bike is sent in 3 wheeler, bike literally squeezed in, I had to take help from locals to get it out. After receiving the bike, I had to spend 6k on bike to repair and haven’t fixed some of the broken parts yet. These guys are highly unprofessional, unreliable and their company’s GST has even expired so don’t expect any thing from these guys. Please avoid them at all the costs, unless you have some stuff that you want to get insured with and throw away.

Had my worst experience of packers and movers, I was told my tv (55 inch sony bravia) will be shifted with a Wooden box packed around it and they made me pay extract 2000 rs for that but no wooden box was provided later and my tv panel got damaged, my monitor was also completely damaged beyond repair. They will not provide any refund. Specially the manager "Prem" is a sweet talker but he is the worst. No refund or damage repair fund was provided afterwards. He will just stop picking up the call. And yes all this with the insurance amount paid.
